Photolog #6
I'd like to bring back the photologs on this blog. One of my goals at the moment is to use my digicam more, and I miss snapping photos with the idea of sharing them here. I hope to get outside more in the future, but it's been so hot lately, so almost all of these photos were taken indoors.
A photo of Ranni that was actually taken back in February, the only one of this bunch that wasn't taken this week. She looks so pretty here (but she's always pretty!). You can see she had a discolored spot on her nose. We're still not entirely sure what that was, but it thankfully went away quickly and hasn't shown up again since.
There's a huge bush outside our apartment with these pretty pink flowers, and it seems to be a popular gathering spot for carpenter bees. I see bunches of them flying around getting nectar and pollen here every day.
I thought it would be a fun little photography experiment to take photos of some of my favorite perfumes. This is one of my all-time favorites, Dolce & Gabbana's The Only One.
This is Moschino's Toy 2. The fragrance is fun and fruity, and I think the bottle is really cute.
I just decorated for Halloween the other day and snapped a couple of pictures of the new decorations.
These ghost espresso cups actually stay on display year-round on top of my espresso machine, along with the Vivi mug from Final Fantasy IX.
These next two photos were actually taken with my phone, not my digicam, but I couldn't help but include them. Danny got me this metal trick-or-treating ghost last year, and he's become a favorite decoration.
Even though it's still summer, this photo has such autumn vibes. I love Ranni looking out the window here with the orange light. I'm not finished decorating this tree yet. I have some little ghosties to hang on it. Maybe the finished product will make an appearance in a future photolog.
